For hubs and warehouses

Run the gate from the phone in your hand

Collection hubs, accredited warehouses and cold storage. Find a delivery, record the scale, grade what arrived — and the receipt follows on its own.

The gate, in three taps

A farmer arrives and reads out their booking reference. You type it in and their lot is on screen — commodity, what they declared, which plot it came from.

  • Weigh it inRecord what the scale says. The farmer’s declared figure is kept beside it rather than replaced — the gap between the two is what settles a dispute later.
  • Grade itA, B, C or reject, with a confidence figure and any defects. Notes go to the farmer and to whoever eventually buys it.
  • Nothing elseThe warehouse receipt is issued from your grading automatically. You do not raise it, request it, or hand anything over.

It is built for a phone

Not a desktop tool with a mobile version. The navigation is a bottom tab bar because a thumb reaches the bottom of a screen more easily than a corner, and the queue is ordered oldest first, because that is the order the people outside are standing in.

Mistakes are fixable, and never quiet

A weight typed wrongly can be corrected afterwards — but the old figure, the new one, who changed it and a written reason are kept against the lot permanently. A correction without a stated cause is not accepted at all.

If a warehouse receipt has already been issued, the correction reaches it too. If that receipt has since been pledged to a lender or sold to a buyer it will refuse the change — someone else has relied on that paper — and the disagreement is recorded for operations to resolve rather than silently reconciled underneath them.

A reading that looks wrong is questioned

If the scale reads more than half away from what the farmer declared, the screen stops and asks you to confirm the actual number before it will record it. A genuine part load, a ruined crop and a dropped digit all look the same to software; only the person at the scale can tell them apart.

What accreditation means

A warehouse on this platform is not simply a shed with space. Receipts issued against your site are financial instruments — they are sold, and they are pledged as loan collateral — so accreditation is granted by exchange operations and carries obligations about storage conditions, record keeping and inspection.

Cold chain sites are recorded separately, because horticulture and beef need it and grain does not, and a farmer choosing where to deliver needs to know which is which.
